ATEM TV Studio will not link to Dell Inspiron 13

I have a new ATEM Television Studio that I am attempting to run with a Dell Inspiron 13 7000 series. I am NOT a PC guy so hoping it is some network setting that I am not familiar with. When I plug in the ethernet connection and launch ATEM Setup, the ATEM image shows up but I get a "failed to connect" message when I try to link. When I use a MacBook, it connects right up. Have also tried with the USB cable and get nothing.

The DELL is running Microsoft Windows 10 Home.
