grab from "Intensity Pro 4K Capture Card" in Visual C++

Hello all.
I want to use "Intensity Pro 4K Capture Card" for 4k live grabbing frame of Nikon d7500 dslr camera for using it in visual C++ program.
I can grab frame with webcam and Opencv libs in visual c++ easily. but i do not know that how can I grab frame in C++ with "Intensity Pro 4K Capture Card" capture card. can I use this capture card like a webcam? If no how can I use this capture card in my visual c++ program?

I just got this card (4K version), but I was able to grab frames using opencv with the old Intensity PCIe card, I remember you can simply enter a different device index (like 1 or 2, 0 is usually for webcam).
