Ustream and the ATEM studio - will my setup work?

I currently have an ATEM Television Studio which i use to film live events 3 cameras via SDI
I control the ATEM with a Windows laptop and record via the USB to mp4 files all in 1080i 50hz

I need to stream a live event to Ustream.

I am thinking of using a second PC with a Decklink SDI card & Flash Media Encoder.

Will Flash Media Encoder work with the Decklink SDI?

I am going to feed the SDI out from the ATEM into the SDI in on the Decklink SDI.

I am also going to need an audio delay unit, i am thinking of getting an Datavideo AD-100 Audio Delay Box.

Anyone see any problems with the above setup?

This should work fine.

I don't know the audio device, but FMLE and Decklink should work without problems.
