Our church thinking about getting a duplicator for our church as an HD distribution medium. A customers range between very technical and those that aren't technical at all (with a significant number being non-technical). I have a couple of target audience related questions for those that have the duplicator:
- Have you found that non-technical users know how to play the content they purchase?
- Have you found that non-technical users TVs are compatible with the SD cards?
- What percentage of the non-technical users are playing on PCs rather than on TVs?
- Are you getting a lot of questions post distribution?
