Teranex Mini IP VideoHub/Smart Panel routing

Hi,
Based on the Teranex IP manual info it seems that the Videuhub Control or Hardware panel control for switching source inputs should work in a similar manner to the other BM router products.
I've tried this on several IP units and this doesn't seem to work.
I am using the proper IP configuration:
Mini IP is 192.168.10.170
Subnet 255.255.255.0
Router 192.168.10.1

and my control device is
192.168.10.10
255.255.255.0
192.168.10.1

Mini IP does respond to the CL ping requests and is seen on the network however it is not seen by either Videhub Control v6.4 or BM hardware panels.
I am using the latest 6.1 firmware.
Anyone else has seen or tried this?

I'm having exactly the same problem right now. I can see my IP units on the network via the Teranex application but the Videohub software cannot see any of them. I have tried manually adding the IP addresses of the units into the Videohub Setup, but they still show no connection.

Did you find a solution to this?
