Hi Azuolas,
I'm having exactly the same problem right now. I can see my IP units on the network via the Teranex application but the Videohub software cannot see any of them. I have tried manually adding the IP addresses of the units into the Videohub Setup, but they still show no connection.
Did you find a solution to this?
