Canon XA10 with Decklink Quad

I can't get the Decklink Quad to display this camera! I have other things connected that come in just fine. This camera will not even display a preview in media express.

I am outputting 1080p at 30 fps from the camera. Going into a HDMI > Sdi converter then to the decklink. (Same setup for other devices and they work fine.)

Any ideas?

are U sure , that output is 1080p30 ? may be its 1080p60 od 1080p59.98 or something similar ..
