Using multiple lower thirds with Television Studio Pro HD

PostWed Feb 07, 2018 9:34 pm

New to the group!

I just purchased the Television Studio Pro HD. We'll be doing three camera shoots with a total of 3 guests. There will be one wide, and two tight shots. I'd like to use the switcher to add lower thirds/chyrons for each guest.

While playing around with the system, I noticed there's only two media player buttons. Is there a way to get around this limitation? Also, when I add on the chryons, they scale up and take over the screen (vs. staying small at the dimensions they were exported at).

Thank you for the help!

Hove a play with the ATEM Macro's - this will expand the use of lower 3rds enormously.

Thanks, Baz. I've looked up a few of the macro tutorials, but have yet to come up with anything advanced enough to show me what I'm looking for. Do you know of any resources for this? I feel like I'm in the pre-YouTube era looking for info that's hard to find.

Thank you!

Here is a video to help with preparing your graphics for the media player.

You can get a photoshop plugin to run on a second computer networked with atem that will help with switching out graphics if you don’t want To go the macro route.
