Atem 2m/e production studio, locked up today...

The switcher locked up completely. no IP, USB, not even the front aux and input buttons were functioning..
That being said the show ended okay because all the routed paths still kept pushing signal. so in the case of this event I was able to keep using the powerpoint...
has anyone had this issue before, know what caused it?
signal remained, but no ip,usb or front button panel.
