I have purchased a new Blackmagic web presenter. I use two HDMI input source one directly to the HDMI port; the other HDMI source I use Blackmagic HDMI to SDI converter.

When I change from input one to two by the smart panel, the Mix, and Dip transactions do not work even when I change the time of a transaction to 2 seconds. Also, when I change from HDMI to SDI black cut glitch for about second before video appears.

Please advise.

Sounds like your device outputs and frame rates do not match. For the transitions to work properly both inputs have to match.

I will check that. Thought the device is processing signals and re-modulate it as long as it is readable.
