HyperDeck for Instant replay

Can I use a HyperDeck Studio for instant replay? I know I can record, but can I play back in slow motion? How easy is it to find the beginning of a clip to replay?

Some people her uses hyperdecks with slomo-controllers. But chase play (record while playback) don't wokr.

they don't keep recording and the don't switch that fast from record to play... not a good solution for live sports o situation where you have a small time windows to show your replay..

it's more of a record program kind of hardware..
