I got the camera (Ursa Mini 4.6k).

I got the capture card (Decklink Mini Recorder 4K).

Now i need a cable to transmit 2160p for live production (i want to crop to four 1080p shots). It appears 6G-SDI cables are hard to come by around here though. I need to cover about 25 meters and i found some 50m cables for rent that support 3G. Would these cables be enough...?

These are the cables' specs:

Kramer BC-1X

Procab PCX160

Well you can find recommended cabling at Frequently Asked Questions - Cabeling and Fiber

6G on 50 meters 3G cabling could be a challenge. While Belden 1964A does 80 meters on 6G. (Being 3G cabling)

Based on your name i guess your Dutch or Belgium?? I do have 12G cabling. Sommercable Vector 600-120
But i guess there are more people that have this cable.

Yep, Dutch. :)

Coincedentally, I found this Belden 1964A cable before your recommendation, which could be delivered quickly enough for me to be able to use it without costing all that much. So at least i'm set, in case the other examples don't work.

If it doesn't work after all, i might hit you up. ;)
