Blackmagic Design Teranex Mini Optical to HDMI 12G Converter

Hey Guys,

I am running single mode fiber between 2 rooms at my church. The goal here is to have an overflow room with a live feed. I am leaning towards getting the Blackmagic Design Teranex Mini Optical to HDMI (& Optical to HDMI) 12G Converter for this. It says the optical fiber module is not included. My question is what optical fiber module should I get & where can I get this from?
