Hi All,
Today I had some issues with my Webpresenter.
Laptop signal was connected to Webpresenter with HDMI.
I used the HDMI output for connecting to several screens with a Decimator and converted the signal to SDI and Back to HDMI behind the monitor.
After a couple of hours, approximately 4, suddenly my monitors lost signal.
On the decimator I still had signal on the input, and in the Webpresenter I also saw imago on the screen, but it froze. The unit was feeling warm and after a small tab on it, my image came back.
Checked my cables and connections, but it kept doing weird. After a while the problem occurred again, and again. I pulled the power plug to let the unit cool down and reconnected it.
The problem didn't occur anymore.
Can anyone confirm they also had heating issues of is my problem something else.
