Hyeprdecks Light Solid Red

Last week we were about to begin recording and one of our Hyperdeck's lights went solid red. It would not record anything. The deck had been used twice that day, and had not given us any issues prior to this one; and the same cards were used as well. We rebooted it and it worked fine after that. I haven't been able to find much information of what could have caused it...Any ideas? Even though it has not happened again, I'd like to know in case it does so we can pinpoint the issue.

Have you tried downloading the latest firmware from the support page of our website and updating the device?

We did the 5.2 update when it came out, but have not updated to 5.3. Is this an issue that is addressed on 5.3?

We want to confirm that the unit is up to date and that something was not corrupted somehow so updating this and seeing if this issue persists will let you know if you need to reach out to the support office in your region to address this further.
