I've been using my ATEM Production Studio 4k for over a year, normally connected to a Dell Inspiron All-N-One that does nothing but this ATEM job. Network connections are saved, everytime I plug them in, I get a connection between ATEM & Dell, Control Panel pops up, ready to rock.
Earlier this week, I connected to a laptop in my office, using same network settings as on the Dell that I use in the field.. No issues.. Updated Software Control to 7.3, everything was good.
When I got onsite to the job, the usual Dell with the usual settings wouldn't connect to ATEM. I went over the settings numerous times to be sure I had them right.. I then connect to the laptop that was earlier used in my office. It wouldn't connect either.. Nothing I did with internet settings on either computer or on ATEM Setup did anything..
I'm still not able to connect today and I have a big event Saturday that I need the system for. Any ideas? Did 7.3 mess me up? Or is it possible that the eithernet plug on the ATEM suddenly is bad??
