Hyperdeck Mini autostart?

We just added a Hyperdeck Studio Mini to our setup (ATEM 2 M/E Production Studio 4K), and the Mini Autostarts fine when it's input is directly switched to Program, but it won't Autostart if we use it as an element inside the SupeSource effect. Am I missing something, or is there an easy workaround to start the player?
