Intensity Pro 4K is outputting artif is outputting artifacts

Hello,

i got a Intensity Pro 4K today, plugged all in and now its outputting crap.
It's installed in a Server
32 Cores
128GB Ram
SSD Raid
No GPU (except for some Mainboard stuff)

I hope you can help me.

Left half is the hole Capture but pressed together
Right side is just flickering.

This is what stands out to me first off. I know the information on the support page is a bit old however, this is prevalent for our capture devices currently.

a old GTX 750 or so with 1x PCI raiser shoud bring it to live?

I´ll try and replay again if that helped

I got a GT 1030 now. (All Drivers, 26/6/18)
Still the same error. (All Drivers from SD Card)
