USING BMD DECKLINK 8K CARD AND TERADEK CUBE 600 SERIES

I just bought a Blackmagic Design DeckLink 8K Pro PCI Express capture card and i am using it with a Teradek Cube 605 Encoder and 625 Decoder but i'm not getting any signal. Is there any special configuration needed on the Decklink card in other to get a signal?

When you run the Desktop video software. Do you see the card? Does it say anything of detected input resolution.

Have you configured the port as input?
