I was using the Web Presenter with a Windows 10 laptop - first time I used it, audio was working but then Windows did an update when I shut down the laptop. On re-starting, no audio from the Web Presenter.
I tried several fixes with no success (spent about 3 hours on it) and then decided to uninstall the laptop webcam from within the 'Device Manager>camera' settings by right clicking on the webcam and selecting 'Uninstall device'.
On re-starting the laptop, the webcam re-installed and the Web Presenter audio was back with everything functioning fine.
I hope this helps some people out there as I was puzzling over it for a long time.
