I had two setups a couple weeks ago.
(1) Mixer-->Canon xa35 via xlr-->BMD monitor via SDI--> BMD SDI to HDMI converter via SDI --> Datavideo HDR-1 via HDMI.
Audio works.
(2) Mixer--> Canon xa35 via xlr --> ATEM TVS HD Pro via SDI --> BMD SDI to HDMI converter via PGM out and SDI --> Datavideo HDR-1 via HDMI.
Audio doesn't work. It's not there. However, the BMD monitor showed audio levels on our program feed.
We handed over the files the day of. I should be getting the files to see what happened here soon. My only thought is we somehow forgot to turn the camera audio input "on," but if we had, we wouldn't have seen any audio levels displayed by the BMD monitor, no?
