ATEM 1 M/E PRODUCTION STUDIO 4K NOT WORKING

Hi, I just did an update to ATEM 1 M/E PRODUCTION STUDIO 4K.
Update installed correctly, and system request to take out usb and power cable to apply update fully.

I've replugged cable now but ATEM is not coming up. Its only showing tiny dotted lines on the mini monitoring screen.

Please, how do I resolve this or reverse the update?

Any help and advice will be appreciated - I've got an event in 8 hours.

Try downgrading by “upgrading” to an older version.

Also try a few reboots. (not just usb cable unplug)
