Urgent! No input/output on my Decklink HD Extreme 3D+

Hi guys
I really need your help! I bought a Blackmagic Decklink HD Extreme 3D+ today for bringing a sdi-signal into my mac but.... iI get a blank/black output from it even if i have a signal in the cable (tested it out on my ATEM switcher which i probably have to use because i have a steaming saturday night european time. Im totally blank about what the reason can be! Hope anyone can help! I also get black in Media Express

I run mac tower 2011 64gb ram, 2x cpu and el capitain-

It's interesting (and dissapointing) that no one, not even people from BMD, who hgas played in on my question. Hope that some one will do soon...

You don't specify which Desktop Video drivers you have installed nor the signal being sent to the Decklink. There could be a compatibility issue with that signal as the card may not support it. Providing additional details will help others on the forums with some offerings of guidance for your setup/issues.
