Hyperdeck Studio firmware update fail

Hi Everyone,

On the field get issue in Hyperdeck studio get all Hyperdeck control button get Red light only.
I have tried all firmware to repair but it's shows fail.
Last I tried 2.5 beta at least configuration dialog enable, but after click on save button it's show fail. Please check the following link.

Is there Any solution??

I'm not sure why you're still on such an old firmware version but you can download and install the latest available from the support page of the website and see if this corrects this issue.

If the lights on the front of the unit are still solid red after the update and you're unable to access the control menu on the unit, we'd suggest contacting the support office in your region to see what they can do to address this for you.

I am from Mumbai (India)
I have sanded to Routcorp Distributor(Delhi), he said not possible, problem in board buy new one.
if its problem in board then why its allow to firmware update up to 100% then update fail message.
Users always in hope it should be repair. Is it not possible to repair?

I'm not familiar with that region and if the distributor could handle support for the product but I would imagine contacting the Singapore office would yield better results with information on what they can do for you.
