Facebook Live with BM Media Express

I have a Blackmagic SDI card and I see my digital camera view on my PC with BM Media Express. I'm new to this but I just want to go FB Live off the camera which I see the video & audio in Media Express but when I try to go FB Live; it recognizes the camera but everything is black. Am I missing a step. Sorry for the simple question but I just looking at what I'm missing.

Again, I can see the video & audio (HD) from the camera in Media Express but how do I link FB live to recognize the camera properly?

Media Express is a capture and playback application but does not offer streaming capabilities. You'll need to look into third party applications mentioned throughout this section of our forums for suggestions and what will work best for your needs/computer.

OBS has built in support for Blackmagic capture devices. If your needs are simple, it's a powerful piece of software.
