Feature request: Ursa Broadcast intercom mic

It really would be useful if the intercom mic on a Camera Fiber Converter could be turned on when pressing the record button on a zoom remote. This way it can be avoided having the camera guys turn on the mic all the time, which is very annoying in noisy locations.
Since watching return when pressing the return button underneath the zoom remote is already implemented, this shouldn‘t be a big deal?
I think this is also how it works with triax cameras from the big guys (Sony, Pana, Grass Valley).

I also want to add to this that a Sidetone control on the Ursa is mendentory!!
Especially in loud environments it is pretty hard to hear the director.. But when you up the volume of your headset you don't want to speak in the mic anymore as you will go deaf because the mic is twice as loud as the director.. When you lower the Mic volume.. The director is not able to hear you anymore..

They implemented this feature on the TVS HD intercom already.. Why not in the cameras and Ursa Fiber converters??
