I had everything running on my previous laptop (dell XPS 9560)
New laptop Dell XPS 9570 and whatever I try (I've been at it now for over 3 hours) no luck getting a picture out of the BM.
I have picture in the Video software from BM but wirecast doesn't auto sense the resolution, the resolutions don't stick when I set them manually etc.
It does see the BM but no video or audio.
Any idea guys?
Had to do a live broadcast this afternoon with a webcam instead of our mixer with 5 cameras very annoying.
The weird thing is that the BM only seems to work in it's own software, every other software solution I try does see the BM but outputs only black or says it's can't set the frame rate, which is weird because I can't set that anywhere on the mini.
Tried :
Resetting preferences from wirecast and creating new document
Installing and deinstalling the BM driver suite
Tried new TB drivers etc. etc. everything one can imagine, expect doing a complete reinstall which would be a lot of work, just set it up and everything else, including a magewell is working like a charm.
