Web Presenter - HDMI Loop Out Audio Issue

I'm having issues with the audio from the HDMI Loop Out - HDMI in is working great, and the USB output audio levels are good, but I'm not getting any audio from the loop out.

I'm feeding the HDMI in from a camera, with XLR inputs directly from the sound board.

I just received this unit yesterday. Am I missing a setting somewhere?

Hello Steve. The HDMI Loop out is a duplicate of the HDMI Input only. It is not a mix of the other inputs to the Web Presenter.

Yep, I am aware of that...I'm only using the one HDMI input, so there shouldn't be a mix. But for whatever reason the loop isn't providing audio...either from the HDMI in, or I also tried connecting my source directly to the XLR for the audio.

Thanks for clarification. So the loop out is not providing audio that you are feeding the loop in, right? Since it is a loop it should be the same signal as you are feeding. The audio does need to be 48Khz, 24 bit and the HDMI support is 2.0. Those would be the things to check. Otherwise you may need to contact Support for assistance.

It's now 2020 and this issue seems to still exist!!! Audio on the hdmi loop output consists only of clicking sounds.

have you plugged the audio to the XLR of the camera itself ?
