Hi,
We have a Duo PC setup for streaming and I'm using a DeckLink Duo 2 with a HDMI input into a secondary PC.
Recently we tried chaning the refresh rate on the playing PC (the one we use for playing on) in Nvidia Control Panel from 144hz to 60hz, this then turned the screen black after returning to normal. This seems to have caused a connection loss between the playing pc and the capture PC (the one with the capture card).
The card now refuses to capture anything from the other PC, even after returning to 144hz. It still however, works when I put the HDMI cable into our Xbox.
Any suggestion as to what I can do?
