Intensity Pro - Suddenly no input?

I was doing a live MMA broadcast last night, and everything was going swimmingly. Then, for no reason, our moving camera lost signal. At first I thought it was an issue with the camera itself, but during intermission I was able to switch the lines and see that it worked fine on the 2nd card.

the only thing I know "happened" was a battery switch on that camera (we were having an extension cord issue). Could this be somehow related?
