H.264 pro recorder captured clips don’t play on other device

Hi there,
I am capturing using h.264 pro recorder from an ATEM television studio pro onto a mac running Osx Sierra.
The files will only playback on this laptop and will not work on any other device.
Desktop video was installed fresh on this laptop but the device does not show up in desktop video therefore I cannot check/update firmware. The device shows up in media express.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have had this issue before. In Blackmagic media express, go to preferences and change it from Native to Native (Progressive) This should fix your issue.
