About impedance of HDMI to SDI converter

PostMon Jul 16, 2018 8:43 am

I would like to consult our company's HDMI to SDI converter. The SDI signal is usually transmitted over the coaxial cable of the BNC connector. I want to ask if the impedance of the BNC connector is 50 ohms or 75 ohms?

All video signals are 75 Ohm while all RF are 50 Ohm. ;)

The impedance for all of our SDI products (and most anything with a BNC connector) is 75 ohms.
