Smart. Videohub 20 x 20

Hi,

I hope I’m in the right place. I’m using this switcher and somehow I’ve locked an input and it won’t unlock. I’ve tried other crosspoints and I can lock and unlock them. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi Lorne. Hope you are well. Looks like that destination was locked by a different session of the software as it has an "arc" above the padlock. Two ways to clear it. Power cycle the videohub which you may not wish to do. Or use the "Videohub Setup" app (not the Control App). Go to Outputs and click on the padlock. Hope this helps.

Does the videohub 20x20 allow to switch the 720p25 signal?
I cant find it in techspecs.
And is SMPTE ST-292-1:2012 and SMPTE ST-296 supported?
