ATEM TV Studio - no multiview out (SDI or HDMI)

I have been using our ATEM TV Studio, along with the hardware panel, with good success until recently. In the past week, we have lost the ability to get a multiview output from either the SDI or HDMI output ports. I have upgraded the ATEM software to the current 7.5.2 release.

I unplugged the ATEM (it is normally running 24x7) and let it cool down for a couple of hours with no difference in the results.

Is there anything that I can try to get this working again?

Thanks

Bill

Is this the old model TV Studio with the passive cooling block?

Running 24/7 needs a lot of extra cooling.. Running for long times with hot gear can reduce lifespan.
Which can lead to mailfuntions of some kind..

If it is the new model maybe ou have to check if all Fans are still running inside.. If a fan on one of the FPGA's is not running this could easily put a chip in shutdown..

This is the older model of ATEM TV Studio.... heat sinks in the back but no fans. Sounds like the unit needs to be replaced.

Sound like it gave up on you..

Still use-able as 1080i to USB h264 streamer.. Even without a MV.. But 24/7 and heat.. Give it a couple of years and they are gone...
