Hello I have a teranex mini HDMI to SDI. On my pc (windows 10) it only comes up as 1080p, no higher. How can I get win10 to see this for what it is 2160p at 29.97?

You need to set the converter to "Force UHD" mode. Only then the EDID info will tell the card it accepts 4K. ;)

Also be sure that the port of the graphic card does support 4K. Not all cards will do 4K on all ports. Also not all cables do support 4k.. For example Displayport to hdmi cables often are HD instead of 4K compatible, The is electronics inside that Displayport connector.. That is why it is that big....

Thanks a lot, man. You nailed it, I used a display port to HDMI cable. After checking the fine print it says not for 4k. Ordered one that is.
