Black Magic Infinity Pro 4K PCI, black screen on PS4

I have a Black Magic Infinity Pro 4K PCI, PS4 and OBS

When I connect the PS4 to the BMI, "BlackmagicDesktopVideoSetup" automatically detect the video resolution used by the PS4, but no image appears from Media Express.

On OBS: audio is OK, video is a black screen


I need very urgent help .... tnx a lot

What resolution is detected?

Did you kill the HDCP mode of the PS4? Capture hardware will never display a picture if HDCP is enabled in the box.
