you have to make this very simple when you are troubleshooting.
Make sure that you know the IP address of your Videohub, by going into preferences on one of the working computers. I am going to make an ASSUMPTION that you are not on an DHCP network, and that all computers have a static IP address. Once you know the IP address of your Videohub, simply plug in the "non working" computer directly into the videohub, making sure that the IP address of the "non working computer" is set to static IP, and that its on the same subnet as the videohub.
For example -
if the videohub is 192.168.10.240, with a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0
then make your computer 192.168.10.241, with a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0
I know how frustrating it is when everything else is working, and you don't want to pickup equipment, move it around, and unplug everything else, so you can just do this test, but JUST DO IT ANYWAY, and you will find your problem quickly. If your are uncertain about how to set IP addresses on your computer, then find your IT guy and have him help you.
