A problem with IntensityUSB3.0 for Skype

I usd Intensity USB3.0 in my computer.

i cannot see "Decklink Video Capture" when i use SKYPE.

I can see two choice when i use other software.
one is "blackmagic WDM CAPTURE" another is "Decklink Video Capture".

What's wrong?Can you help me?
