Video hub 12x12 cleanswitc

Who can help me with te following problem:
We have a Cleanswitch with 3 inputs all of these 3 inputs are 625i50 as format. we have also a BlackBurst on the reference input.

We want to have input 1, 2, 3 to output 1 because this signal goes live.
We also want to have these signals to output 3 for recording.

How can we program this, should we do that via the buttons on the unit or via the network on the Video soft control.exe.
Our experience with the software is very bad because you can not change the outputs.

Second question, our live signal goes via fiber to a antenna system with a HDMI modulator for channel 8 on al the internal televisions. If we have a very shortly signal break the the modulator is not happy and it will take about two hours before our signal is back, this because a sync problem.

Is there someone who has the same problem?

How do you want to send three inputs to one output ?

The cleanswitch should have a stable output while switching, if there is no change in resolution. This is the main difference to other videohubs.

For the HDMI converter. Use one of the new BMD Mini Converters with HDMI instant lock. This should prevent any glitch in the HDMI output regardless of what it going on with the input.
