Using PowerPoint with ATEM Television studio HD

I’ve just bought the Televsions Studio HD and I’m finding my way around it!
I’m having trouble getting it to recognise a laptop input to show Powerpoint slides. I can’t get the ATEM to recognise a laptop. I’ve tried a few PCs and a MAC too, but no luck.
The format of the cameras is 1080 25p which might be the reason it’s not picking them up, but that’s the format I need to record in.
Can anyone help please? Do I need an external converter?
