Decklink Mini Recorder

I have need of taking a camera output in either SDI or HDMI to my Win7 PC. From there, it will be streamed live. Will the Decklink Mini Recorder do all that?
Is this a new product? I downloaded the manual and the generic manual does not show this product, only the other Decklink products.

Yes, it will be seen as a capture device by Adobe Flash Media Encoder. Looking to get one of these as well when there released in the UK ( Thunderbolt version only at the moment not PCIe)

The PCIe version for PC must be a brand new product. I tried to buy one tonight, but all the places I checked have them expected to arrive next month.

It is, the monitor version seems to be out already, but not the recorder version. I' m waiting on both!!
