Hello,
I have purchased this card for a customer of mine to livestream certain events that are over value to them. However, i am running into a issue where it works 50% of the time.
I am using the Decklink software (Latest version) in conjuction with Flash media Live encoder 3.2.
The things taht im seeing is as followed:
1. A normal scenario where the stream would start with FMLECMD and nothing is wrong
2. A stream would start via FMLECMD and the video would not start encoding.
There are no abnormal errors or anything. It would just "not start" as some would say
Input: 1080I50
Output: 1920x1080
Bitrate: 2500
Audio: Decklink Audio
Format HE-AAC
Bitrate: 48000
Windows 7 - 64 Bit.
