More than 2 Stills on 1 M/E Prod Studio 4K

On my "ATEM 1 M/E Production Studio 4K" I have space to put several stills in the media store.

For a current setup, I need access to 3 stills.However, when I try to access "Still #3" for an AUX output, I get a white screen. This is not related to a bad image as I can put a good image (one that plays to the AUX from "Still #1") in the 3rd still position and it won't play either.

Any help would be appreciated.

You can only assign Media players to the Aux.
Are you saying that with a media player assigned to the Aux, if you change the grahic for that MP to thr one in slot 3, it only shows white?

Add the MP to your multiview and confirm it shows there. Maybe the image has some strange built in alpha chanel which Aux can't handle.
