Connect setup to the switcher

Hi,

So I am new on the forum, but have been using the hardware for some years. Recently we bought a a new TV studio and it works like a charm, i can connect with the software controll to use it. But when trying to connect with the setup tool, it do not seem to find it, neither with manual IP or automaticly (good there is a screen and buttons on so you can make changes, but easier to do on the laptop).

So I was wondering if someone else had this problem and might found a solution?

Have you connected it with USB? As setup is best done over USB
