ATEM Television Studio Pro 4K and the SDI outs.

I'm planning on purchasing an ATEM Television Studio Pro 4K. Question, can the 1-8 outs be used as regular program outs like the "main SDI program out" or are they specific to a return feed containing talkback, tally and camera control info? In other words could I send the 1-8 unused outs to Hyper Decks, overflow rooms reference monitors etc... and if I can are they upstream (clean Feeds) or program out?

No. It is a exact copy of the program output. You can not send or change anything to them except for Minus audio mode which does kill the feedback audio from talkback.

While these ports are normally designed for sending PGM to the cameras for remote control. They are also very useable for PGM distribution to hyperdecks, streamers, rooms, tv's etc etc.
