ATEM Switchers 7.5.2 Update

Hey. ATEM Production Studio 4K is available. Is worth firmware 7.2. If you try to upgrade to 7.3 or higher (7.5.2), you receive an upgrade error. Update fails on ETHERNET and on USBю Tried with 2 computers with windows 10. With a Windows 8.1 computer, there is also no success.. What can you advise?

If you havent contacted tech support yet, one of the first things they suggest is making sure only one version of the software is installed on your PC.
