Tricaster control of Smart VideoHub 20x20

Hi Struggling to get my tricaster to control the VideoHub 20x20. I have followed Newtek instructions which is to alter the router_setup xml file that is loaded by Tricaster on booting.

Below is a copy of my xml file

It is an edited version of the template that comes with the Tricaster. I can confirm the IP address and I can even ping the VideoHub from the Tricaster when I exit into windows.

Can anyone offer any thoughts?

Don't use tricaster, but I wonder why the inputs section is commented out.

The input section is commentated out because has far as I know this only to name the inputs. Without it the router list will just say input 1, input 2 etc.

Correct. The TriCaster can read the labels programmed in some router models, if this is the case this part of the XML not needed.

If this is left out and the router doesn't have labels that can be read, router inputs will be listed as 'Input 1', 'Input 2', etc...

Has anyone worked out why this doesn't work with my Tricaster?
