UltraStudio Mini Recorder no video input

Hey guys I have an Ursa mini hooked up through SDI to the mini recorder. Every driver is up to date and my computer recognizes the mini recorder, just no video input. The mini recorder does not give me an option to change frame rate or resolution. It is greyed out because it isnt receiving a video signal. I am at a loss right now.

The specs of my cable are :

True 75-ohm BNC Male connectors handle 3 Gbps bandwidth
18 AWG pure copper conductor
Dual copper and aluminum shielding
RG6 digital spec coaxial cable
100% sweep tested

My computer is running Mojave, its an iMac Pro.

What version of Desktop Video do you have installed and have you gone into the setup of the Mini Recorder and selected SDI as the connection type? You may also want to specify what the format of the signal is coming from the camera and check that against the supported formats for the Mini Recorder.

Ultrastudio mini recorder will only go up to 1080i50/60 But not 1080P50/60 or even 4K. So check your output settings of your Ursa. Because you probabbly send out a to high resolution / framerate..
