CG software support adding a video?!

I have a magicsoft cg studio in my Broadcast, i can add 2d text, clock time, image ... but i cant add a video

please help me, recommend me a cg software that can supports adding videos into the mix output.

*adding video like an ad video, put it in a box-like shape for example any where on the screen while broadcasting a live program.
