Capture in MP4 H.264

Can the latest Media Express App or any other software which works with Blackmagic Capture cards or any hardware, save video files in MP4 format?

No.. Install software like Vmix, Wirecast, OBS or others to record in such codecs.. Media express will only do uncompressed formats.
