Firewall ports

Where can I get network support information?
What network ports does your software need to communicate to your hardware over a LAN?
Do you have a "Blackmagic network readiness document" to provide to network administrators?

Specifically:
I'm trying to deploy a Smart Videohub CleanSwitch 12x12 to a network.
I am able to ping.
I am not able to use the Videohub Control Software over the network.
If I bypass the network (Manual IP / direct patch cable) the software works fine.
What am I missing?
In the setup documentation I'm unable to find information that allows me to deploy your network device on a corporate network with firewall rules, mac filtering, port blocking, etc. in place?

In case of videohub, it is written in their manual in part of communication protocol / Developer Information. In manual: The Blackmagic Videohub Ethernet Protocol is a text based protocol that is accessed by connecting to TCP port 9990 on a Videohub Server.
The answer:
Port 9990, TCP protocol.
